After he was allegedly tortured in Jail until he was released last week, Bobi Wine has been arrested once again as he attempts to fly to the US for medical attention, alongside his colleague Francis Zaake. This makes it the second arrest in one month.
He was violently abducted from the Entebbe International airport, as reported by a lawyer, Nicholas Opiyo.
Bobi Wine, by the native name Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, has been feared to be a potential opposition to the President Yoweri Museveni who has served for a long term of 32 years, during which he has suppressed every opposition to his reign.
