The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNCHR) has in a Press Release resolved to defend the South African Athlete’s right to participate in sports despite the seemingly unfair advantage Casper seems to have biologically.
The resolution was adopted in the 46th session by a consensus aiming to end discrimination against women and girls in sports.
Quite a decent number of participating country members were in favour of the resolution which was co-sponsored by Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini and many other Countries.
The IAAF had initially ruled that female athletes with higher than normal testosterone levels will have to either compete in a different category or compete with male counterparts.
The arbitration decision has been delayed till late April.
