Arsenal has released their new jersey and training kit for next season. The release premieres their new partnership with Adidas who currently have the new home jersey on sale on their website and stores.
Arsenal ended their partnership with Puma to embark on this new journey with Adidas.
The player jerseys showed that teenage French defender William Saliba has been given the No.4 while Mohammed Elneny switched to the No.25. The biggest jersey reveal involved 18-year-old Bukayo Saka who has been given the No.7 jersey.
The Anglo Nigerian made his debut during the 2018/19 season and dawned the No.87. For the current 2019/20 campaign, the energetic winger switched to the No.77.
His brilliant performances this season earned him a long-term lucrative deal and now the historical No.7 jersey at his boyhood club.
Saka now has one of the most iconic squad numbers in the history of Arsenal Football Club.
Arsenal legends such as David Rocastle and Robert Pires all had number seven.
Most recently, Alexis Sanchez and Henrik Mkhitaryan who will now spend next season on loan at AS Roma.
The Armenian Mkhitaryan seems not to have a future under Arteta who was more than willing to let him go on loan in January and even extend his loan deal till the next campaign.
Saka now has the number and will be looking forward to performing great exploits with his favoured jersey number 7.
