This is a revision from the initial sentence of 15 years in Prison that was earlier doled out to him. Reports say Robert had appealed the sentence. Was offered a 4-Day Notice Period to be re-tried and after a faster trial was held, the High Court of Liaoning Province concluded a heftier sanction should be meted out.
