Massacre On The Plateau Again, as suspected herdsmen Kill 8 People

Armed gunmen suspected to be herders have again killed eight miners on the spot in Plateau State.

The incident happened at about 9:00 pm on Friday, April 9, at the Cabitex Company Mining Site, behind the Government Science School Kuru, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State, North Central Nigeria.

The spokesperson for the Plateau State Police Command, ASP Gabriel Ubah, confirmed the development and said that investigation is currently ongoing.

As of 10 am on Saturday morning when reporters visited the scene of the attack, there were still tensions and a display of palpable anger around the affected community.
