Two Chinese expatriates have been kidnapped at a mining site in the Arufu community in Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State.
It has been reported that one person was also shot death in the process of the abduction.
Taraba State Police Public Relations, Officer David Misal, confirmed the incident and added that all is been done by the police to secure the release of the victims.
Southern Taraba where Wukari is situated has been a hotbed for kidnapping activities in the state.
