Nigerian actress Cossy Orjiakor has taken to her Instagram page to declare that she will sell her vote for any gubernatorial aspirant willing to solve the poor drainage system bedeviling Lagos especially her street, which is always flooded whenever it rains.
This is as a result of the constant downpour in Lagos of recent, which has left most parts of the city flooded.
