The rapper, Falz has been praised by Nigerians and the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team (DSVRT) on the depiction of sexual violence in his latest music video.
DSVRT took to their official Twitter page to applaud Falz’s effort with the caption:
“we appreciate Falz for spreading the word on sexual abuse in his latest video, Child of the world”.
The rapper released “Child of the world” over the weekend which featured ex-Big Brother housemates, Bambam and Teddy A.
Bambam played the “Child of the world” who was sexually harassed by her uncle and was forced into sexual acts with rich men to raise money to live a certain life.
Nigerians also took to Twitter to compliment the awareness behind the video, while others called on more artists to emulate Falz.
