Reality TV star and CEO of Kyle Cosmetics has found herself stuck in a legal battle with Sheree cosmetics, who is accusing her of ripping off their makeup line of products Born to Sparkle.
Sheree cosmetics is basing their claims off the basis that Kyle’s cosmetics released in 2018, a year after their eye shadow Glitter Palette being too similar in the packaging and colours.
Sheree has gone further in demanding the court to stop Kyle from selling her products and pay for damages.
The star is very public on her eagerness to put an end to these allegations and legal war causing her great inconveniences.
