The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo disclosed on Monday at the Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund launch that all those affected by police brutality will be served justice.
He took the opportunity to commiserate with those who lost lives and properties due to the violence after the state declared a curfew stemming from the crackdown of protesters.
In his words, “Our State, like our nation, is in need of healing. We recognize that the balm for a wounded society is truth and justice.
“Casting a lot of trust in the judicial system, he disclosed that even the shootings at the toll would be investigated and every one culpable will be brought to justice.”
