Yesterday, the Federal Aviation Minister (F.A.A) and other regulators met to review on how soon Boeing could return to the skies, Unfortunately, the Aircraft was unable to meet the requirements as it failed a simulation test yesterday again.
The meeting yesterday revealed the results of a flight simulator test where unusual activations of anti-stall software on the MCAS failed.
According to the findings, an F.A.A pilot was unable to follow the emergency procedures easily to regain full control of the plane and rated the event as catastrophic and possibly fatal in a real-world situation.
The F.A.A finally concluded that it is a potential risk that Boeing needs to address.
Boeing is currently running out of space to park it’s grounded 737 place moreover the cost of parking costs at least $2000 per month according to a Bloomberg estimate. A new fleet of 100 crafts were just built before regulators shut down the activities of the model
Boeing’s CEO is also in talks with 737 Max customers concerning reimbursements for the mishaps that their clients who suffered due to the initial malfunctions.
What’s more, this new software failure could keep the plane grounded if solutions are not quickly found.
