Akeredolu Names 14 Commissioners and Appoints Son As Agency Chief

Babajide Akeredolu has been appointed Director-General of the state’s Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit (PPIMU) by his father Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, Ondo State Governor.
Ondo’s Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Donald Ojogo, revealed the news in a statement on Tuesday.
According to the governor, he has appointed 14 new commissioners-designate and seven special advisers to his government.
Adefarati Adegboyega (Akoko South-West), Bamidele Olateju (Akoko South-East)  Julianah Oshadahun (Akoko North-West), Fatai Olotu (Akoko North-East), and Dele Ologun are among them (Akure North).
 Femi Agagu (Okitipupa), Mrs. Yetunde Adeyanju (Odigbo) Lola Fagbemi (Ondo West), Wale Akinlosotu (Ondo East), Emmanuel Igbasan(irele), Razak Obe(ifedore),olayato Aribo (ose), and Dr. Banji Ajaka are among the listed.
 Tobi Ogunleye, Niyi Oseni Dr. Jibayo Adeyeye, Dr. Victor Ategbole, Olamide Falana, Dr. Francis Faduyile, and, Dr. Wunmi Ilawole, have all been nominated for the job of special adviser.
“The names of the individuals nominated particularly for the commissioner position would be given to the House of Assembly for scrutiny, clearance, and confirmation,” Ojogo stated.
After the appropriate legislative processes, all appointed individuals will be sworn in at a later date to be publicized. Mr. Governor sends his best wishes to all nominees.
