At least 3600 delegates will participate in the 2021 Elective National Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Speaking during a world conference in Abuja, the Chairman of the National Convention Organising Committee and Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Fintiri, also emphatically stated that the party would carry out an Open Ballot System irrespective of the number of consensus candidates in the race.
Governor Fintiri also believes that the decision of the Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt will not hamper or stop the party’s National Convention from holding.
He also noted that the Convention will serve as a renaissance for the Party ahead of 2023.
