Nigerian singer and entertainer, 2Face, has finally reacted to the family feud between his siblings and his wife’s siblings.
The crisis began after his wife, Annie, made a post on her Instagram story accusing her husband of maintaining a close association with his ex and mother to three of his children, Pero Adeniyi.
Annie had also accused her husband’s family of not supporting her, saying they “never loved her no matter how hard she tried.”
Her post led to a chain of reactions with members of her husband’s family attacking her and her mother. Annie’s siblings also responded with verbal abuse on 2Face’s family.
But the man at the centre of the controversy who has been silent since the family feud began has now called for calm. In a post on his Instagram handle, @official2baba, he pleaded for the families and supporters to “stop the madness.”
He also appealed to the public to respect their privacy and that of his children to allow them to deal with issues internally.
