Some members of the Labour Party have protested to the office of the independent National electoral commission’s in Benin City the Edo state Capital.
With placards of different inscription, they revealed that they were at the commission to register their displeasure over the failure of the commission to include over 2000 labour party’s Votes that was surcharged in the last election.
They said INEC had promised to look into and make necessary corrections.
On his part, the Spokesperson for INEC Edo State, Timidi Wariowei, assured them of a speedy transmission of their Petition to the national headquarters of the commission
