The People’s Democratic Party in Zamfara has denied using Military personnel to win the Governorship and state Assembly elections in the state.
The opposition party insists that Governor Bello Matawalle should tender an unreserved apology to the chief of Defence staff and the chief of Army Staff for accusing military of being partisan during elections.
Chairman of the people’s Democratic Party in the state, Mukhtar Lugga stated this at a press conference in Gusau
He says Zamfara electorate massively voted the PDP and it’s Candidates following the inability of Governor Bello Matawalle and the APC to deliver on its Campaign promises
Lugga adds that the PDP has not in anyway engaged the army of any security outfit to defeat the Incumbent Governor, Bello Matawalle and other APC Candidates
