The magistrate court in Ifo, Ogun state has granted musician,Badmus Okikiola a bail of Three hundred Thousand Naira with two surety of likely sum to stand for him.
He was arraigned on a three-count charge bothering on assault and theft of musical equipment.
The police earlier said Portable will face more than six charges bordering on alleged assault in court.
Also,he was arrested on Friday after the expiration of the 72-hour ultimatum given to him by the police to turn himself in.
The case was adjourned till 27th of the month, and to be remanded at ilaro correctional centre till bail conditions are met
Meanwhile,the singer argued that the arrest was “unwarranted,” adding that he makes his money “legitimately.”
