Enugu State’s Governor-elect, Peter Mbah, has again reechoed his hand of fellowship to other contestants in the election
Receiving his certificate of return alongside his deputy Ifeanyi Ossai and elected lawmakers from INEC, Mbah reiterated that the certificate is a legal document which contains an unwritten pact between his administration and the people of Enugu State.
