The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gwada-bawa ward, Yola north LGA of Adamawa state, has suspended Boss Mustapha, secretary to the government of the federation (SGF).
The chairperson of APC Gwada-bawa, said Mustapha failed to assist the party at the ward level when his attention was needed. During the presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), won the Yola north LGA.
In the governorship election, Aisha Binani, governorship candidate of the APC, won the LGA but not by a wide margin. Note that, the suspension or expulsion of any party member must be approved by their LGA, state working committee, and the national working committee (NWC) before it can stand.
