General Election: Lawyer Demands INEC Compliance With Subsisting Court Judgement

A legal practitioner, Barrister Opatola Victor is calling on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to comply with the subsisting court judgement compelling the electoral umpire to allow his clients vote with their Temporary Voter Card, TVC.

Barrister Victor made the call at a press conference in Abuja.

He is calling on the international community to condemn INEC’s actions and to stand with the people of Nigeria in demanding that it complies with subsisting Court judgement until if it is upturned as they have appealed it should.

He also called on all Nigerians who have been disenfranchised by INEC to unite in a call on INEC to obey court judgement.
