The Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate in Ogun State, Tony Ojeshina has withdrawn from the race and declared support for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counterpart, Ladi Adebutu.
Ojeshina said the alignment was meant to take the people’s power “from what he described as ‘the cabal’ while maintaining that the party’s vision is aimed at birthing a new state through social justice and sustainable development.
