Civil rights advocacy group, Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, HURIWA, has faulted the decision of the Court of Appeal permitting
INEC, to reconfigure the BVAS, ahead of the governorship and state assembly elections.
HURIWA said the ruling was anti-democratic, adding that the reconfiguration would maliciously affect the case between INEC and the presidential candidates of the Labour Party, and the Peoples Democratic Party.
Obi and Atiku had secured leave of the court to have access to all the sensitive materials used by the INEC in the February 25 polls.
