Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has harped on the need for government and all to ensure sacrifices of the armed forces in securing and ensuring stability of the nation do not go in vain.
The governor who joined his counterparts across the nation to commemorate 2023 Armed Forces Remembrance Day for fallen heroes, noted this in his address at the event held at the Osun state house of assembly, Abeere, Osogbo.
The governor had earlier promised his government’s extension of welfare packages to families of fallen heroes in the state.
