The Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) will meet with the 20 clubs listed for the 2022/23 season to ratify the kick-off date for the season and other matters related to the competition.
It is reported that the season may begin on December 28 with the opening fixture, while the rest of the season will continue from January.
At the meeting, the IMC and clubs are expected to, apart from the league program, determine rewards for the clubs in the competition and modalities for the league.
