Youth Parliament: National Assembly Recommends Bill Seeking To Improve Wellbeing Of Young Nigerians

The Nigerian Youth Parliament has recommended four motions for consideration by the 10th National Assembly to improve the wellbeing of young Nigerians and address other challenges confronting them.

The motions includes seeking lasting solution to the perennial flood and extension of the victim support fund, and also seeking to establish the Presidential Youth Advisory Council.

The motion to build Institutes of Entrepreneurship for young women in Nigeria was also moved as a bill to be considered.

The Nigerian Youth Parliament made this recommendation in the chamber during the second sitting of her 5th Parliament at National Assembly Complex in Abuja.

On his part, the secretary Nigerian Bar Association and Project Director, Lawyers for Reform Group Oladotun says it is commendable that Nigerian youth are making great in roads in parliamentary business at an early stage.
