Ahead of 2023 general elections, The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says it has distributed 60 percent of the Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, to eligible voters in Kaduna state, north west Nigeria.
The resident Electoral empire in Kaduna say four hundred and seventy-Nine thousand which is Sixty percent of the voters have collected their PVCs across 23 LGAs in the state.
