President Volodymyr Zelenskiy says Ukraine will rebuild infrastructure damaged in Russian air strikes.
He said this in a video released on Wednesday and called the Ukrainian people “unbreakable.”
Russia rained down missiles across Ukraine, killing civilians and damaging critical infrastructure as Moscow pursued its campaign to plunge Ukrainian cities into darkness and cold at the start of winter. Since October, Russia has openly acknowledged targeting Ukraine’s civil power and heating systems with long-range missiles and drones.
