Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko rebuked the Russian missile attacks on his city and elsewhere in Ukraine on Monday (October 10)
Klitschko described the attacks in which five people died in the capital and another 41 have been left critically ill as “a war against civilians”, adding “Putin needs Ukraine without Ukrainians.”
