A UN report unveiled by the Commission of Human Rights Experts on Ethiopia has revealed that the Ethiopian National Defense force and the Tigray’s people liberation front fighters committed violations amounting to war crimes under international law governing non-international conflicts.

Ethiopia’s permanent representative to the UN in Geneva, Ambassador Zenebe Kebede Korcho, however, rejected the findings of the investigators.

After almost 2 years of conflict in Tigray, millions of people lack food and basic commodities in northern Ethiopia.
