U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Monday (September 19) that leaders from both Armenia and Azerbaijan have expressed their desires for peace, following a border conflict that has left more than 200 people dead.
Meeting with delegations from both countries in New York City, Blinken said there was no military solution to the differences between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
He also committed diplomatic efforts from the U.S. to help end the clashes.
