The Deputy Senate President Senator Ovie Omo-Agege says poor leadership failure has caused acute poverty, political instability and the collapse of government institution.
He however appealed to Nigerians not to lose hope.
The Deputy Senate president made this statement at 5th annual lecture and graduation ceremony of the value rebirth center LSD leadership school, in PTI Conference Center, Effurun delta state.
Senator Omo-Agege who was represented by Matthew Omonade, commended the leadership of the training center for the role it played in building better leadership system in Nigeria.
On his part the executive director LSD Abuja, Monday Ossatah represented by Dr John Emesi said the process of development and fortune of Nations depend on good leadership
