The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has been urged to embark on an issue-based campaign, rather than a character assassination of perceived political opponents.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Delta State, Olise Ifeajika gave the advice while reacting to a statement credited to Tinubu, where he took a swipe at the Vice Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.
Our Asaba correspondent Akpomejero Friday reported that Ifeajika said that the choice of who was the best vice presidential candidate in the major political parties, and the parties to vote for in the 2023 general elections, was left for Nigerians, and not for one single individual to malign his political opponent.
