Gunmen have reportedly attacked the residence of the candidate of the Labour Party, Hon. Lasun Yussuff in Ilobu, Irepodun local government area of Osun State.
The unknown gunmen reportedly shot at the building located at Oke Ima area of the town, around 1am on Monday.
Hon. Lasun Yusuf who is the labour party candidate in the coming election on Saturday 16 July described the attack as the incident that was politically motivated. He said he had formally reported to the police.
