The federal government through the office of inspector general of police usman Baba Alkali has released over 64 million naira to the families of police personnel who died in service.
The police commissioner in Adamawa State, Sikiru Akande handed cheques to 31 family representatives of the late policemen at the Adamawa State police command in Yola.
The commissioner advised the families to make good use of the funds.
