The new U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink, was officially sworn into office on yesterday by U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, following her Senate confirmation in May.
Brink was joined by her husband, two sons and extended family for the ceremony.
The U.S. Senate unanimously approved her on May 18, filling a critical post that has been vacant for three years, as Washington works to increase support for the government in Kyiv.
