Police authorities in Imo State have arrested one of the suspected killers of a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ahmed Gulak.
The Public Relations Officer of the Imo State Police Command, Mike Abattam, said that the suspect identified as Anosike Chimobi from Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area (LGA) of the state was apprehended one year after Gulak’s death.
Gulak, a former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, was murdered by a group of armed men on May the 30th, 2021, during a visit to Imo State.
