Osun State Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and National Secretary of the A.P.C. Iyiola Omisore will tomorrow welcome 10,423 members of the PDP into the APC.
APC Chairman in the state Gboyega Famodun and Chairman of the Defectors Care Committee, Timothy Owoeye confirmed the reception yesterday.
The programme will hold at Freedom Park, Osogbo, the state capital.
Oyetola described the planned defection of the PDP members as the dawn of a new day for the APC.
The governor urged indigenes and other residents of the state to unite for the common cause of lifting the state.
