The search for a running mate for APC presidential flagbearer, for the 2023 general election continues to heighten.
A group under the auspices of Coalition for Peace and Progress (CPP) asked APC leadership of the party to consider an immediate past speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, as Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s running mate, describing him as the best candidate for the party in the North East.
The group says, the office of the Vice President of Nigeria is sensitive and requires a cool-headed, loyal and a trustworthy individual who will give the required constant support and encouragement to the President at all times.
