Taraba state police command has arrested the mastermind of bomb explosions that rocked the state two months ago
The suspected terrorist, identified as Bala Usman was apprehended in Tella town, Gassol local government area of the state.
Briefing Journalists at the command’s headquarters in Jalingo, the state capital, the Commissioner of Police, Abimbola Sokoya, said his officers are still on the trail of two other accomplices named by the arrested suspect.
CP Sokoya described the arrest as a breakthrough and assured residents of the state that the police command would continue to deploy kinetic and non-kinetic approaches in tackling crime and criminality across the state.
