Halsey fans were soaked as they waited for the pop star’s concert to begin at a flooded venue in Columbia, Maryland, on June the 8th, amid a tornado warning.
Local media reported thatbHalsey was scheduled to take the stage at the Merriweather Post Pavilion Amphitheatre at 7 pm but severe weather forced the venue to delay the show.
