A Federal High Court sitting in Abakaliki has nullified the rescheduled primary elections of the Ebonyi State People’s Democratic Party.
The court ruled that the primary election, which took place on June the 5th and 6th and produced Senator Obinna Ogba as a governorship candidate, was illegal, unconstitutional, null, and void.
The court also upheld the primary election earlier conducted on May the 29th, which produced Ifeanyi Odii as the governorship candidate of the party.
