A Nigerian celebrity, Olubankole Wellington also known as Banky W, has again emerged the winner of the PDP House of Representatives and rerun primaries for the Eti-Osa constituency of Lagos State.
Banky W had won the PDP primaries for the constituency held on the 22nd of May across the state that was canceled by the party.
The musician and actor won the election with a landslide vote of 24 to 5.
