As the race to the 2023 general elections gathers momentum, Nigerian youths have been urged to get their Permanent Voter cards and vote in young candidates who can push their interests Forward.

This formed part of the communique reached by the National Youth collection at the end of their two-day youth interactive session on the 2023 general election.

Southwest coordinator of the group, Seyi Ogunrinde maintained that the prohibitive costs of nomination Forms and the current practice of making old people presidential candidates of political Parties is a direct assault on the youth.

The group condemned the failure of some political parties to follow the demands of Nigerian Youth, for a generational shift in leadership for the next Presidential election.
