Bill Cosby is set to face a civil trial beginning on Wednesday (June 1) for alleged sexual assault.
The civil lawsuit was brought by Judy Huth, who alleges that Cosby plied her with alcohol and molested her in 1974 at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles when she was a teenager.
Huth, in her complaint, accuses Cosby of putting his hand down her pants and then “taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”
Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison in 2018 following his conviction on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand, a former employee of his alma mater Temple University, at his home in 2004.
