Some party stalwarts in Ogun west senatorial district have maintained that money will not be the determinant on who wins the APC tickets during its primaries.
In press interview during election of party delegates that will represent Ward 1, Ilaro at the APC primary across all levels; they say aspirants’ agenda, programmes and manifestos will determine the eventual winners.
They added that, the electorate are now wise, and the people have their choice to make.
