The national drug law enforcement agency, NDLEA, has arrested a suspected billionaire drug baron behind the N3 billion naira Tramadol deal allegedly involving Abba Kyari-led Intelligence Response Team. Afam Mallinson Emmanuel Ukatu’s
arrest followed months of surveillance and evasion of arrest according to the agency.
Ukatu is the Chairman of Mallinson Group of Companies. He was arrested onboard a flight to Abuja at the Lagos airport, on Wednesday April 13.
