The Senate on Tuesday received President Muhammadu Buhari’s request to confirm the appointment of Justice Hussein Baba Yusuf as Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court.
The letter was read by the Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo Agege, during the plenary.
According to the President, the request is in accordance with the provision of the Nigerian Constitution as amended.
