The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has redeployed Cross River Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC, Emmanuel Hart, to Bayelsa State.
The INEC Public Affairs Officer in Cross River State, Anthonia Nwobi, confirmed to reporters that the redeployment which involved few other states was a routine exercise of the Commission.
Nwobi said the state is expecting another Commissioner who is to continue from where Hart stopped in the electoral umpire’s affairs of Cross River State.
