A special panel of the Court of Appeal has this Friday declared Valentine Ozigbo as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the November 6, 2021, Anambra governorship poll.
The panel sat in Abuja and was presided by the president of the court, Justice Monica Dogban Mensem. The decision upheld the validity of the PDP governorship primary which elected Ozigbo as the party’s candidate while setting aside the judgment of the lower court.
