Uche Secondus has resumed office as National Chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, following an order of the Kebbi High Court in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State capital.
Secondus was on Monday suspended as a member of the party and restrained from parading himself as the PDP National Chairman by an ex parte order of the Rivers State High Court.
Following his absence, the Deputy Chairman (North), Suleiman Nazif, assumed the position of Acting National Chairman but was displaced hours later by the Deputy National Chairman (South), Yemi Akinwonmi.
